Crystal Pro Mirror Portrait 60cmx80cm

Came damaged and the customer service refused to give a refund. They told me that I had to return at my own cost and the 2 mirrors are really heavy and large. They also said they cannot refund because in their terms and conditions I had to check the mirrors within 24hr of delivery however the driver delivered to my neighbour and I was not notified with a delivery note or email. I find out days later that it’s at my neighbours when my neighbour knocked on my door. There was no way I could check in 24hr. I would have been happy to get an exchange as I ordered 5 mirrors, 2 were damaged as I can see they’re decent mirrors but I would definitely recommend avoiding this company because if something does go wrong or they’re not what you wanted then it’s very difficult to return, impossible to get a refund and customer service are very difficult to deal with and rude.

Looks amazing above the dressing table (I wall mounted for the additional height) - the lighting options are perfect, even my husband (who didn't see what the fuss was about originally) was VERY impressed!

Having just installed it, I am well pleased with my purchase. But I would always reserve the right to moan if the lighting built in stands the rest of time. Watch this space.

Amazing and fast delivery

Great company, delivered a great mirror.
I had no issues so no need to contact customer service.
Very swift and careful delivery, well packaged and no damage.
Lovely LED light around the edge, dimmable and three different light temperatures. Much slimmer than a traditional Hollywood dresser mirror. Ideal for the space I had, behind a wardrobe door.
Slender cable too that is easily hidden from view.
Very worth the money in my opinion .

I’ve been eyeing this mirror for so long, that once I saw the amazing sale, I just had to buy it. Delivery was fast and when I opened the box - it was better than the pictures. Easy to put together and literally just beyond stunning!! Run, don’t walk to get this.

I came across Hollywood Mirrors whilst searching for dressing room inspo on Instagram and I’m so glad I found them.
I chose the portrait crystal pro vanity mirror and I felt it had a luxury finish at a reasonable price.
It was delivered the day after ordering and it was so easy to assemble.
I love how the built in lights can be controlled via a dimming switch.
It’s exactly what I was looking for and it finishes my bedroom off perfectly.
