Ordered a mirror for my daughters birthday present. The mirror arrived on a Friday. I checked it on the Saturday morning and found it was cracked. Argh! My daughters birthday was on the following Tuesday! I emailed Holywood Mirrors and they responded on the Sunday(!) saying they would send a replacement out and it would be with me on Tuesday. It was! - It was excellent customer service and my daughter is very happy with her new mirror which we put up while she was at school. Thankyou!

Gorgeous mirror, had a small issue with the mirror, however the customer service was exceptional.

Firstly this mirror is stunning and I’m so pleased with it. Unfortunately mine stopped lighting up after 5 days, contacted customer service and they couldn’t do enough to help, including sending out a new lead and when that didn’t work, replacing the mirror, which now works. I cannot recommend this company and their beautiful mirrors enough!!

I love the crystal pro mirror that was received next day from ordering. It is very elegant looking and the single touch button turns the light on as well as changes the light colours, it also remembers the last light colour used. I have mounted it on the wall of my dressing room and it is gorgeous!

Product is good, power plug however failed after 7 weeks of use.
Customer service not great, asking for videos of the problem and unwilling to support any further then offering to sale me a new plug.

Original one sent was scratched but it was quickly resolved and replaced. New one is fab! Very happy with look and quality ! :)
